Busted on the Danning

Unfortunately our trip on the Danning River ended after a couple hours. Somebody phoned us in and a crew came to pick us up and escort us back to the police. Apparently paddling on the Danning River is not allowed--"too dangerous". The police in turn escorted us back to a hotel.
